Initiate Your Request
Log into your TT account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Pack with Care
Place the items back in their original packaging with all protective inserts to ensure they are not damaged during transit back to our warehouse.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned home goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
